I need a new catalytic converter. My car has 267k miles and it's a 2009 Fit Sport.

Has anyone changed their cats? If so with who/how?
Are there any aftermarket companies that are reliable/thatll work and pass smog?
Is anyone who's parting their car have one for sale?

Since you're in LA, if you go the aftermarket route you'll likely be stuck with bosal or walker, carb compliant parts. i'm not near your mileage, but ive seen no mention of other folks replacing their cats.
if you're looking to have it done you can get on yelp and look up a good exhaust shop. I'd take the (likely upstream/closer to the engine) o2 sensor out n clean it/scan for codes.
