I need my radio serial number.

I tried pushing the 1 and 6 and holding these buttons with the radio off then pushing the white power button. I only get a display of "DIAG" no serial number on the display.

This is in my glove box I am not sure what number these are

 

The top number is the radio anti-theft code, the bottom number is the radio serial number.
