Cruise/horn/air bag light on

Good day ALL!
one day Cruise control goes down as well as the horn and air bag lights on. Hmmmm
checked number 12 /24 and all under the hood
fuses are good. Puzzled not sure about the break control connected to the cruise control.
It’s gotta be electrical but yet all fuses are good. 2009 this car has been Beyond amazing. Pushing 400,000 this year.

Holy crap that’s crazy mileage, well done! Can you check the ground connections? Maybe some corrosion?

clock spring has died? Tell me it’s a joke what’s clock spring?
strange guessing it’s a relay but what’s one? As all fuses are good under the hood and dash.
switched out a couple relays. Few more to try.
horn works with locking the doors but no power going to the steering wheel were the cruise horn and airbag are all lost power. Haven’t traced wires yet. (I hate electrical problems) at least it still running to work and back.
