CVT or 5speed automatic?

I have an 2008 Honda Fit Sport.
I'm guessing my model is the GD3 based off my Vin number?
I'm looking to change the ATF fluid, yet not sure if it's CVT or automatic?
Is the fluid type different for CVT transmission vs Automatic?

Thanks 👍

I believe the CVT transmissions came out in the US Fits in 2015. I also personally believe that the Honda brand transmission fluid is the best trans fluid for your car. Whatever the source you use for buying the trans fluid- Amazon or the dealer, just order it for your year car, not for a regular automatic or for a CVT trans. You'll also need to get a replacement drain plug washer for the fluid change.

Any other questions about the trans fluid can be answered with a call to your local Honda dealer parts dept.

Shifts as expected for it's age. Just with only 90k I was hoping to make this thing prestige! The axle or drive shaft has this rumble like a flat tire sound... Have no idea when to find the source of this vibration. Hoping it's not the torque converter...

Lift your car up under the pinch welded area on both sides of the car right behind the front tires (see owner's manual for lift points). Block the rear wheels. Grab the axles one at a time and see if they are loose or wobble around (bad axle). If no issues, put the car in neutral, and then spin each front tire- one at a time, and see if you hear a rumble on either side (possible bad wheel bearing). Report here what you find.

Lifting it to this afternoon! As for the rumble only other info I have, is that it does it only at 3-10mph and can feel it coming to a stop. Even if I come to a stop while the car is in neutral instead of drive, it still feel the same amount of this rumbling.

Will report after lifting car today.

Possibly a bad front wheel bearing. I had the same noise from the front at lower speeds and ended up having both replaced around 110,000 miles. Perfect ever since.
