anyone know the vent temp for heater 100% blast
Unfortunately there is no universal unequivocal answer. Air temperature on vents is depending on many variables, most important being engine coolant temperature in the heater core (affected by engine temperature, outside temperature, engine load and rpm), ventilation air intake temperature and temperature inside the dashboard where the ducts are.
All I can add is...in three winters of driving my Fit, I've never thought the heater wasn't strong enough. Living in MI, that includes many mornings of driving at below 0 degrees F.
Sometimes I use the second highest fan speed, but most times the lowest speed is sufficient.
It does take longer than most cars to heat up. Most likely because of the large open area behind you.

Not hot enough thats for sure. Small cooling system and tiny heater core. The coolant system holds less than 1 gallon when doing a drain and refill. Not much coolant to heat up and circulate. No fix for it.
