This wasn't hard as I thought it would be. I didn't break any of the clips or cross thread the plugs at least. The most difficult part was getting the 10 mm bolts and clips off the coil packs. There isn't a lot of room to work. Plug #3 was definitely loose; I'd estimate about 5 ft lbs holding it down if that, so I'm glad I did it. I reused the coil packs because they seemed to be in pretty good shape; all of them went back in the same spot they came from. There's another video showing the cowl cover removal for the first generation Fit, but it evidently doesn't have the plastic clips built into the cowl cover like the second generation does. You have to remove it pulling towards the engine or you'll snap them off (installation is reverse of removal with the obvious exception of the clips). Once you get the cowl cover off, you'll be greeted by a metal shield which is held on with several 10 mm bolts. All of them are interchangeable with the exception of the ones holding the wiper motor down. For those who'd like to know, 20 ft lbs should be about 1/2 turn once the plugs are seated (which is what's recommended on the Denso box for the stock plugs).
