Recharged the A/C on my 2010 non-sport OKay!
On one of the hottest days in NJ the A/C in my 2010 Fit decided to go south on me! And after finding that Firestone wanted to charge me $262 (~YIPES!~) to recharge it, I decided to try to fix it myself... I found 3 kits at Walmart for doing this, one at $19, one at $32 and the last at $36. The $19 one looked a little too fragile to me, but the $32 looked every bit as good as the $36 one, so that's what I got. And I was pleasantly surprised to find after opening the Fit's hood that the socket for recharging with Freon was right in front of the car, up by the windshield washer tank and extremely easy to access. So, following the directions on the container carefully (a must!) I was able to recharge the A/C in only about 5 minutes! -Cold air blowing out the inside airr vents like an ice storm now; ~I only hope it stays that way and there's not a fast leak. Anyway the stuff I put in claims to also be a 'leak sealant', so if it takes another 12 years for the pressure to disappear again then that's definitely okay... ;>})

Did the same to mine last summer after watching some You Tube and Scotty Kilmer. Worked great, very easy to do and it is still working good this summer.
It's always nice fixing something yourself and saving a chunk of cash.
