Ac issues. Blowing hot air

I have a 2010 Honda Fit sport. I replaced the compressor, ac clutch, expansion valve and the clutch doesn’t engage. I can engage it manually but it still blows hot air. I took it to the dealer and they stated FOUND A SHORT TO POWER QA21. MICU PUTTING OUT 10V AT ALL
TIMES. SHOULD HAVE O WITH KEY OFF AND BATTERY VOLTAGE WHEN
ON. RECOMMEND REPLACING UNDER DASH FUSE BOX for about $1400

(they say there is a short to my high pressure switch and they trace it back to the fuse box)

does anyone have any insight on this because I feel like I haven’t heard of this issue for anyone else. Thanks

Do you mean you can engage the clutch manually but applying power/jumping the relay? If you can engage it manually and it still blows hot that indicates lot refrigerant. Also there is a fuse under the dash that very commonly blows on GE8’s I’m not certain off the top of my head exactly what one it is but it’s on the bottom row under the dash 7.5a or 10a fuse.

yes jumping the relay by applying power to it. I also had the refrigerant filled and all fuses looked good when I checked last. But I will check again in the morning
