CVT transmission oil cooler?

Hey all! Have a JDM 12' GE8 with a CVT trans (paddle 7 speed). Just curious if anyone ever installed a CVT trans oil cooler? Just seeing how hot the weather is season after season....my car has been pretty sluggish under a full load with AC full on. Just thinking anything to ease the trans would be be a good idea. Googled around and this seems popular with the 3rd gen GK5 models, but rarely for the ge8.

Thanks!

The HONDA FIT has designed an CVT fluid cooler inside the system.
in this case of the symptom about sluggish, it should be the time to replace the CVT fluid filter inside the gearbox.

Greetings Maggie!! What a pleasant surprise to see you here!! We spoke before on FB (HK GE Team) 🤣

I just replaced HMMF a few weeks ago, just that I happened to read about sluggishness caused by high heat cvt oil, and hence started looking at this. The cooler you speak about, is that the cooler attached to the fluid tubes? It’s tiny compared to an external cooler~~
