Sounds like an exhaust leak .
I was driving around 50 mph .heard a noise & thought I ran over something. My engine light came on. .Now there is clicking sound from the exhaust manifold. ; the motor sounds sick .
ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT IT IS ?

A spark plug that has backed all the way out.

atleast read the code why check light came. that might give you direction
