Center console material is worn, flat, and tired of my elbow.

So, after 11 years of allowing me to rest on it, my OEM center console lid material is flat, wrinkled, and tired of supporting me. The rest of the console is perfect. Share your information on how you have solved this issue, as I am sure I am not the only one.

Derek- Use Google and find an auto upholstery shop near you. They should be able to recover the lid for you.

Amazon has lots of aftermarket covers that slip over the center console lid. Try a search for some or all of these words:

Every one I saw is too wide. I'm still figuring out how to remove the lid so I can recover it. What ticks me off is, in spite of costing $180, the stuff they say is leather...isn't.
