Question Help, How do I remove the odometer so I can replace the speed markers?

I want to do a "face lift" on my dashboard, so it will have a more modern look like in the attached photo. I was able to remove the plastic cover from the dashboard but am unsure how to remove the odometer so I can remove the speed, rpm and fuel pointers. Does anyone knows how? Have a tutorial video? Or at least some poniters?
Thanks in advance, cheers.

Got to his part...

Want to do something like this.
