Trye Size

Current tryes on vehicle are 175/65/15 they are due to be replaced so can i replace with 195/60/15 as they look the same height or will speedo be to far out or will they rub?????? , some trye garages say stick with current size but most say I am ok to change as strangly 195 are cheaper to buy .

195/60 is the stock size for a lot of cars, so it is pretty easy to find. I switched from 175 to 195 and I like it, except that it's a little too wide for the stock wheel and the sidewall bulges and flexes a lot. After I upgraded to 7" wide wheels the tires fit perfect.

No rubbing, no significant change in speedo readout.

Should be totally fine to switch, although you might want a slightly wider wheel as suggested above.
