Looking for Fog Light Kit (Base)

Hey everyone,

I have a 2012 Base Fit and the factory foglight kit has been discontinued. I have been searching for one but with no luck. Does anyone have a lead on how I can get one. I have attach a picture of what I’m looking for.

I have also been looking for a while. I'll share anything I find. But at this point I'm looking at home-made options.
