2 ?'s paddle shifting and clunking noise in rear

Hi All,
just got this car recently and put brand new Kelly 185/65 R14 tires on it. Now I have a quiet clunking noise in the right rear. Any ideas?

What speeds do you safely downshift, say from 5th to 4th? 4th to 3rd, etc etc?
thanks,
Michel

It needs put up on a rck and checked , could be a worn suspension bushing or clamp, exhaust or.... Rattles and clunk are all grab and shake to find items that are loose.
