Low maf gs readings

On my 2012 Jazz. CVT 100K KM, I'm getting MAF readings of 1.4 gs to 1.6 gs at idle. I assume these are way too low, but can anyone tell me what the correct maf/gs should be at idle? Also aside from bad MAF sensor is there anything else that will lead to this problem?
( I understand that vacuum leaks could be the culprit as well, but before spraying carb cleaner all over the place and not really knowing what I'm doing, i wanted to try and focus on whether the MAF might be bad.) Thanks.
