No Power to heat/AC or rear Defroster

I have a 2010 GE8 , 180k on it.

I've been having some electrical issues- My fan control does nothing and my AC button does not light up, nor does the rear defroster button.
Issue has been intermittent for about a year and resulted in bringing it to the dealer even to try and find the issue- of course everything worked fine once they started checking it out.

Other odd symptoms:
-intermittent SRS light, dealer says my driver side seat airbag is faulty
-A while ago I was getting a bunch of clicking from under the dash by the fuse box, sounding like a relay wildly run away, systems worked for a while since I heard the noise

For the last month or so it has stayed dead and not come back.

-Blower motor is a few years old and I suspect is fine
-Ive replaced both defrost and blower fan relays under the dash in the fuse block
-Replaced the two blower motor fuses last week
-Replaced the Blower motor resistor last week
-I reached up and tightened the ground behind the left side of the dash that the service manual specifies- I can't remember the code for it- I was only able to get a wrench on it and not take it off and clean it- this ground is the ground for the defrost and blower motor

Anyone have any ideas? Seems like a relay or ground issue, and I don't see anything upstream in the wiring that would impact both ac fan and defrost except the ground wire.

Next step: Apply voltage directly to the blower motor, Test the current relays , bring it to the dealer.

Definitely check on that relay. If you have a 9v battery, try energizing the control terminals with said battery. If you hear a click you might be alright. If you have a multimeter check across the live terminals for resistance. If theres too much resistance your relay is definitely the issue. Relay sperging out indicated to me it might be the culprit.
