2010 Fit replacement hed unit install.

This week me and my daughter installed a Pioneer DMH-W3050NEX Flat screen. (She did most of the work.. )
It wasn't a bad install I bought the install kit, head unit and a "pre wired" harness. A set of harbor freight plastic trim tools.
The factory fit speakers really performed way better than I expected. Unit has the bluetooth apple car play and wired.
Was dead easy to configure. We have one more bit to do, I bought a backup camera that will be another day of work to get the wires fed.
Unit has a lot of good features and I was peasantly surprised at the EQ setup, it has subwoofer control (We didn't add a sub)
The Honda speaker base response is respectable for a little economy car..

We spent about 3 hours on it, main thing was the Metra kit is a bit fussy to assemble once you read the instructions it is easier LOL

Bought the whole deal from Crutchfield. One other comment ont eh Pioneer, its screen is right at 7" diagonally its not huge but it really matches in with the dash and isnt obvious form outside the car.

Was you able to retain steering wheel controls?
