Repairing Steering Column

Hi you cool cats!
I've had my 2010 Sport (his name is Alfred, as in Batman's butler) since 2014. I've loved this thing to death.
But living in Memphis had it's dangers. Someone tried to steal it? (Like, who tries to steal a Honda? Come on.) They ripped out the wiper control stick, ripped off covers, and annihilated the ignition. Including the key reader chip. 🙄
The hubs is busy with motorbikes and other stuff, so I'm taking care of this myself.
Y'all, I'm pretty dang handy. I've fixed sinks, toilets, carbs, and whatnot. No task too big.
ANYWAY, down to the meat of it. I'm trying to get this steering wheel off. I've disconnected the battery (of course), I've got the airbag off, I even have the main steer bolt off and wheel marked to put it back in the right place.
Y'all. I can not get this wheel off. All the videos make it look like you just gently pull and all the world's problems are over.
It. Won't. Budge.
I've tried pulling, pushing?, tapping the sides, using a mallet on the sides and back, full on cartoon standing on the dash and pulling. It won't move. I've searched the threads and all I've found is "remove the airbag and you can see what you need to do to get the wheel off."
I'm desperate. Any help?

Does Honda have any threads or holes for extraxtor tool? Some cars do have preparations for forcing the wheel out using bolts.
