Part swapping questions

Does anyone have any idea of what parts from other cars like civics and such will fit the Fit either bolt up or slightly modify. I would love some examples( such as 8th gen civic seats bolt up to Ge8 )and or pictures.

Pretty sure the clutch master cylinder from 01-05 swaps directly to delete the delay valve. and headrests swap from one of the civic coupes from around that time (a noteworthy win for those of us with necks)

Really? Any benefits?

Also: the CRZ under-tray middle piece fits that big hole the 2nd gen trays have.

Anyone know a part number for that? Closing that hole might get me that elusive 0.01 MPG I am always trying to get.

Dreamshop! I'd never heard of it but now I've spend an hour browsing that site. Much better than the usual College Hills Honda site that keeps being recommended but which is always out of stock.

EDIT: I've since found the CRV splash shield online for half the price of the Dreamshop price.

I was wondering this too.
Has anyone looked into what parts from the FN2R fit a fit? The suspension set up is pretty similar, I feel like coilovers would bolt straight in, and possibly offer some free camber.

So I bought the CRV splash shield and at first glance I am disappointed. Few if any holes line up; the specific holes on the splash shield which are supposed to have bolts actually have nothing to thread into on the vehicle, either the shield itself or the plastics on the vehicle are going to need trimming.... Yeah, I can make it work but it's not the "bolt on" I thought it would be.

I've never seen anyone use the CR-V shield, but, the CR-Z/ Insight shield is a 95% fit.

Right, CRZ. I did order the right piece because I got the part number here on the forum.

I'll give it a better look when I have time.
