Replaced the rotted-out door seals (belt seals) with new ones I bought off Ebay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/404623419213
Very easy, just pull off the old ones and push on the new ones!
I just did these myself. Very pleased with the quality and fit for what is a fraction of the cost of OEM.
Tips for install:
For the front doors, lift the weatherstrip edge closest to the B-pillar. Raise that edge and you should be able to slide out the piece towards the B-pillar.
For the rear doors, open the rear door, remove the inside screw (closest to the B-pillar) holding the outside trim piece. The trim piece can now move upwards along with some flexibility, allowing the weatherstrip to be more easily removed.
Door window seals replaced.
