Hi, I have a 2012 Honda Fit that the A/C suddenly stopped working, clutch is not engaging. While I was checking the A/C relay, I checked under the hood relay box I saw a loose green wire, and to be honest I don't know where it has to be plugged in.
I've found info about that wire that might have something to do with the A/C not working, I don't know if it goes to the relay box, ECU, or any sensor, can someone tell me where do I have to plug it in.
The relay box is right under the battery, and the loose cable comes from the engine harness.
That wire plugs into a sealed electrical connector somewhere - the wider rubber bit seals the port where the wire enters the connector.
edit: looks like there aren't many striped wires on GEs. The only green wire I see on the A/C wiring diagram is between the ECM and fan relay coils.
edit2: There's a "Security Horn" in the left front of the engine bay that gets a single green wire.
