If the "wire" that you pulled out of your 02 sensor has two leads and you can't tell which lead goes into which socket on the connector, just plug them both into the sockets and try to start the car. If it won't start, or does start and runs horribly, shut the engine off and connect the leads into the opposite connector sockets. If it starts easily and runs fine, you got it right. I am only guessing here because I don't own your car, and can't see your wires or sensor connector. There may be an on-line service manual for your car that might have a wiring diagram for your 02 sensor circuit. If there is, I am not aware of it because again, this is a Honda Fit forum. Good luck to you, and you will find that using a little logic and problem solving will help in your car care. Good luck to you!
Hey Wally, there is no photo in your post, and our GD3 and GE8 Fits are bound to be different than the wiring harness in your City. You really need to try to find either a repair manual to bring home, or find one on-line to find out where the wires should be properly hooked up. Being a resident of Jamaica (sorry that I wrote Haiti in my PM reply) is probably going to increase the difficulty in finding a photo or repair instructions for your wiring harness.
