I have a honda fit 09 with around 112,000 miles
I replaced my rear drums and pads around 2K miles ago as well as a front inner tie rod
I share this in case it's relevant
Since then, when I break quickly / suddenly after going around 40-50 on the highway and if i quickly reach a light, it'll make this weird noise sometimes

I brought my car back to the mechanic when I first started hearing this noise after the car's parts were swapped out (general maintenance, no issues) and it was making that weird noise more frequently, when I was breaking after going down a slight hill. Some months went buy and that noise stopped happening and then suddenly started happening again but only when I break quickly and suddenly from going somewhat fast (40 / 50) to having to stop at a light
It's hard to duplicate the sound now and can't do it when I bring it to the mechanic
any idea what it might be?

Originally when I brought the car to him and he was able to duplicate it (I didn't feel like waiting for him to put it in that air at that time... and then when I brought the car back a month later to check it the sound was no longer happening) -- he had no idea what it was by driving it, but said he didn't think it was the rear brakes/ drums -- I forgot if he said it was or wasn't happening when he was pulling up the emergency brake.

I don't know what any of this means. Just sharing it in case something comes to mind as you read it
