I have NOT seen the orange yet....I'm just hoping it's something I can live with

 

TW M/T sport build date sept 10th ish... The dealer said the date was not confirmed but i bet it gets built when Truth's does...

update: build date Sept 16th

update: shipped 9/22 and received VIN

should be here in 2 weeks

 

Silver AT Sport w/Navi, build date 8/21 and delivery 3-5 weeks after that..

 

TW AT Sport, no Nav. Build date 9/1/08.

Edit: Change! Found a TWAT (can I say that?) here in Phoenix (my new home while I go to MMI) build date 8/26, VIN assigned, expecting delivery late Sept.

I got to drive an AT SSM here today, I loved it. But white is my color, so I'll wait.

Final Edit: Dealer called me today (9/17), car arrived today. I'll be there tomorrow morning to sign the papers and pick up my newly tinted Taffeta White Sport A/T!!

 

I also have not seen a non Honda wallpaperbof the orange revolution. My orange revolution at sport as built on8/24/08 hopefully arrive late September.

 

Silver Sport/AT, Alloy wheels. Build date 8/8. Small country dealership, has no arrival date yet.

I'm getting mine next week. The dealer down the road just happened to have three unclaimed coming in. Silver MT sport

 

The dealer got a SSM in and I picked it up on Saturday.
I like the silver and I drove the car over 200 miles this weekend.

Orange Revolution Sport AT Build Date 8/26 Arrival date of late September seattle, wa. I was going to get a MT but the build date was not until 9/29

 

Crystal Black Pearl, Sport, AT, no nav, build date 8/28, supposedly due ~9/12.

 

Just heard from my dealer. My Fit (see earlier post above) will be here Friday.

 

Seeing the rest of these posts, a "2 week delivery after build date" is extremely optomistic by my dealer.

What is the definition of build date anyway? Date the car goes into production? Completed production? On the boat? Arriving in port? I would hope it is at least the date the car was completed and received a VIN. I would guess a delivery of 3 or 4 weeks after that ...

 

Taffeta White Sport A/T (non nav) w/build date September 22 and arrival about 4 weeks thereafter, give or take. I was tempted to switch to Orange Revolution but decided to stick with white -- thought I might grow tired of orange after a couple years.

 

Blue Sensation AT w/ Nav will be built September 15. It was ordered on July 11 so it's been a LONG wait already....seems like others ordered later and their vehicles are being delivered sooner!

 

Orange Revolution MT built 8/28 delivery in (late?) September. Can't wait!!

Does anyone know if these dates are Japan time or USA?

I just imagine some worker over in Suzuka, coming into work with a "Hello Kitty' or "Godzilla" lunch box, clocking in, and grabbing a bunch of work orders. He (or she) says " Whoa, Cranky18 needs a new Blue Sensation Sport AT with Navigation!". "Didn't we make him a Fit a couple of years ago?" "Oh well, I better get right on it!"

It's probably not what really happens, but it's how I imagine it.
