09 GE Fit - Blue Sport 5MT

Hey everyone -

I placed a deposit on an 09 blue sport MT - should arrive in the next two weeks. I just got the vin, too. I ordered from Don Ayres Honda in Fort Wayne and went through Rick Squires and Denny Dube. I'm paying exactly what I should - MSRP + destination, and both were great to work with (a welcome change from other dealers).

I'll get pics up as soon as I get it.

Does anyone know how the fuel economy meter works? Is it just instant MPG, or can it function as a trip computer? I'm debating whether a scanguage II would be a worthwhile investment.

Congratulations! on your new car.
What were the dealer fees? I have been trying to gauge what are fair dealer fees.

I have a deposit on an 09 white sport 5 spd, supposed to be here mid October. I am also guaranteed MSRP. Mine came to $16,879 with destination fee and oem rubber mats.

I have not seen any details on the econ meter, and every image i see only shows an econ meter. So I am guessing since it is only a $16k car we will prob not get all the functions of other Honda displays, and just get the Econ meter.

same here on the model color, tranny, and sport deal. I think our build date is 9/10!

I put an order on the same car at Manchester Honda in Manchester, CT. I'm getting it for $300 below MSRP (I'm a previous customer), and I get free wipers twice a year for life and four free oil changes. You also get the warrantee extended to 48 months. The only thing that sucks is that its not coming in until Nov/Dec...

I'm not expecting to pay any dealer fees.

The bar graph shows your instant MPG and the odometer can be configured to display your average MPG.
