The orange is really light... looks like copper. Looks good. Looks better than the blue and I'm a total blue snob.

Awesome! The vid (esp high quality vid) really helps because you see the bright highlights!

I'm relieved it looks good and brighter than the Blaze Orange. It reminds me of the new Toyota Matrix in orange.

wow, that orange looks really good, it makes the 2nd gen look better, i think seeing it in the vid, makes me change my opinon about the ge8's, i guess they do look better in real life

hah looks pretty similar to me, and i have a BOM... would have to park them side by side..

i'm going to watch the dealerships to see if i can find one eventually to compare.. i just want to check out an 09.. haha they're starting to grow on me. it has plenty of potential.. just not as much as the GD

 

BOM looks a lot less intense to my eyes, almost washed-out. If you scroll down from the first photo to Rod2Rice's sig photo, you can see the obvious difference in shade. They are still in the same family, but not that close. Orange Revolution has more yellow in it, and is more of a true orange, although not as orange as I'd hoped for. I think BOM looks the more coppery and "burnt." But to each his own.

It appears much more tasteful than the previous orange. Now all I need to do is wait! Dropped off my 2008 with 3800 miles on it today for the trade.

 

I agree- it looks just like my '07, at least in those photos.

 

looks like BOM with the contrast cranked up a little.

reminds me a little of the nissan 350Z orange.

 

doesnt look to different from the 08 bom...maybe in person.

you really have to see it in person to judge..at first i thought the 09's were blah...but when i went to see it in person, it was sweett!

 

Just what I was afraid of, it looks exactly like the new Matrix orange. It looks like this when you do a build your own on Honda's website, and and I was hoping that it wouldn't look the same. Oh well. I guess it's blue sensation for me, unless the taffeta white just looks amazing in pictures.

 

Finally a real pic of the new orange. Looks awesome! I pre ordered one that should get here in a few weeks. I can't wait to see it in person.

 

I think it's an improvement (not exactly what I was hoping for either) over the BOM, however, I still would need to see it "live." Overall, regardless of color, I think the car looks so much better in person. For some reason, some photos make the snout look too long, but, imho, it looks handsome in the flesh.

I think a nice touch to the 07-08 is the body colored light bezels, they should have carried that over.
