I love the cold and change of season. Love the autumn color leaves too. But it's 80 here and I'm pissed!

Autumn definitely came and went here by late September/early October. Seems like winter is getting its grip a bit early with that first major snowstorm which hit just East/South of my location. Thankfully since my winter tire set only gets installed November 15th! Not looking good for a "mild" winter around here.

What size tires are your snow tires again? I'm too lazy to search.

Id say go for the jazz, people with very little knowledge on the jazz/fit will think you got a one in a million cars

Oh I'll be confusing people plenty when they see the blue dot emblem on my 2nd generation car! I did think of the jazz emblem but, as is, the shiny chrome blue dot Fit cost me $29 CAD plus tax! The Jazz emblem is an "import" so considerably more $$$ That's ok, between my blue dot emblem and Pufferfit decal my car will be "unique" enough for my tastes!

Are those the ugly Civic wheels that you hate?

I haven't even seen them yet but they're plain old black steel wheels. Not too fussy on that point. No, us Canadians are banding together against the '09 Fit LX wheels. Do a search. (what a tease hey?) Really, they're quite bad and between that and Orange Revolution only being available on the Sport, a MAJOR part of my decision to NOT get an LX.

Oh and, FYI, I just hit 700 posts (ok, I guess 701 with THIS one). Closing in on the 1000 mark when I think I get the title "Someone who spends her life on Fitfreak". Still think we both deserve honorary status. Like, REALLY....

As if!!! Yes, we should have "moderator" or "administrator" by now, lol.

BTW, did you see the poll above? Looks like the blue dot has just supplanted the original emblem. Now you can sleep tonight.

Yeah, I knew the people would turn around to see things my way! I was a rebel and went out and purchased the shiny blue dot emblem even when it wasn't quite so popular in my poll....see, I have a finger on the pulse of this forum!

So are you gonna switch out your logo now? You'll definitely need gloves now that it's -5C. You see? 2 birds/1 stone.

Woohooo!!!!!!!!!

Happy side story to my NOT happy 2 hour wait at the Honda dealership while they fixed my heating issue (ended up being block heater...arrg!) was that they installed my 1st generation shiny blue dot emblem for me!

Whenever I had time to do the installation myself, the temperature hovered around freezing and now that we have freakishly hot temps, I'm too busy with work! So I was starting to despair that this would have to wait until Spring of next year. When I booked my appointment for the heater issue, I asked "hey, I have this Fit emblem...don't suppose you could install it for me???" Which they did, free of charge. Woo-freaken-HOO!!!! Let the confused stares begin!

So how does the emblem look? Just like my Photoshop job I did right?

I'd like to see pics.

FABULOUS! Of course I'm too fixated on having a blue dot to focus on overall look. Well, I did notice that it really should have been a tad more to the right.

I'll post pics right along with the Pufferfit decal....

Disc is ready to give to Kinko's tonight. Right after I vote.

Would you like me to give you their number to call so you can pester them and tell them to hurry?

Hmm....not a bad idea! Pity my Honda dealer who had to put up with over 2 months of questions he couldn't answer and my sending him information I gleaned from the Internet (ok, mostly this Forum). That's where I got "now you can't believe EVERYTHING you here on those forums"...of course everything was 100% accurate!

Nah, I'll let you pester Kinko's for the decals and I'll just pester you! Much more enjoyable that way... Sorry, silliness abounds since my GR8 Pumpkin is now adorned with a fabulous blue dot emblem! So exciting...

OIC, there you are...but you must've left a negative rep for me, hehe. It's 2:20 here and I'm about to hand over the stickers to Kinko's with the number 13 as my rep points.
