Not Listening to My Boyfriend anymore

So when we got my car, I was okay with putting the plate on, but my boyfriend convinced me not to, said I probably wouldn't get pulled over since it doesn't really look like a sports car.

Then tonight we decide to go to In-n-Out which is about 3 minutes away. We leave and see two cop cars in front of us who pulled someone over and then lights start flashing behind us.

Of course our ticket is for no front plate.
:/

If you leave in CA, leave the front plate on. Don't be badass and take it off just because it looks cool.

Haha.

California is a must for front and back license plate.

Thank goodness I don't live in that state. Things are getting stricter over there.

Just be lucky you have In-N-Out Burger!!! I live in Kentucky, and a few of my friends who've been out to Cali praise the place hard. Well, I had a business trip to Tempe, AZ in May, and there happened to be one about a mile away from our hotel. We didn't have a rental car, so I walked my fat ass a mile each way in 105 degree heat to get a 4x4 and some fries. I must say, it's the best fast food I've ever had, and I'd eat it weekly if we had one within 1000 miles of KY.

You're right, the cops are cracking down over here. I thought it was my imagination but I've been pulled over much more recently. Partially to blame was my glowing Belize Blue Accord. That thing was like a beacon attracting cops' eyes.

I think they are cracking down because of all the red light cameras installed at intersections. They want the drivers face and the license plate in the same picture.

We have those stupid cameras here in TN as well. Have a friend that just got a ticket in the mail for running the red light

Simple solution here, if he truely loves you he will pay for the ticket and you can rub it in his face.
and in-n-out sounds good right about now at 8am

I haven't had a front plate for ages. It's sort of like the window tint thing. If the cops has a bug up his butt and wants to be an ass, you're gonna get cited. I am guessing that's what happened with the cop here, maybe he didn't get laid. Who knows?

The usual story I hear, if the cop pulls you over for something else, then they cite you for no plate as an add on. But they don't usually pull you over specifically for no plate. Keyword, usually.

Only time I ever got cited for no front plate was when I got a parking ticket and the cop tacked it on.

It probably would have made me feel better if that were the case. We live in a small town, so the cops here just get bored easily. We were on a back road going 35 in a 40 zone... there was no reason to pull us over.
