Alignment Settings Question

After installing springs today, I'll be taking the car in for an alignment.

I know somebody just posted their alignment settings after suspension work was done, but I cannot find that post.

Does anyone know the settings I should have my shop aim for? I worry a bit that they won't have 2009 info yet and they might go by 2007-2008 specs.

I'd like to print something off for them to reference. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Alignment done...here's specs

Alignment was done today - shop used 2008 Fit specs as baseline.

Here's the results:

Caster:
FL: 3.8 FR: 3.9

Camber:
FL: -0.3 FR: -0.5
RL: -1.0 RR: -1.1

Toe:
FL: 0.00 FR: 0.00
RL: 0.15 RR: 0.50

Looks good to me & shop tech - toe on RR is the most "off" but still appeared good to them.

You know, I'm a dummy - I neglected to take any height measurements before doing the install. Additionally, my wheels/tires were on, too, so if someone wants to post up the stock F/R height w/OEM wheels on the car, we'll have to adjust for the slightly bigger diameter of my P205/45R17 Falkens.

I do know that after doing just the F driver side, I took measurements of the passenger side and compared it right away to the driver side, and the immediate difference was only abouty .75". But after I was all done and took measurements just to compare side-to-side heights, the front had already settled down and I believe was showing about a 1.2" drop.

On Thursday afternoon I'll take some measurements and pics, as I'll have some time with day light to work with in the afternoon.

Sounds good.!! If you can Tom... please take some shots looking from the fender straight down F & R to show how much clearance you have or don't have

OK, some pics and measurements at last

Follow the link for pics showing

- Ride height at the fender arch (wheel center line)

- Relation of tire tread, sidewall, and rim to the fender and fender liner

And yes, I have experienced some minor rubbing with a) the family in the car, and b) driving over some rather rough or undulating pavement. Nothing to freak over, but it is there.

Need Camber Bolts?

You know, the shop that did this asked if I thought I'd need them and I told them no, I didn't think so. So we agreed they'd just shoot for OEM spec, and they got extremely close.

So do you think at this point, with only -.3 to -.5 degrees front camber I should take it back in and ask that they dial in a certain amount of negative camber? If so, how much? About -2.0 degrees? And would doing so involve having to use camber bolts?

If getting a couple degrees negative camber would resolve the small amount of rubbing going over bumps/undulations, it would be worth it. But if not, then it wouldn't seem worth paying for a second alignment + bolts.

So I'll go with whatever good advice someone can offer

I don't mean to hijack this thread from you AWDturbo, but I was wondering if you or Dave (or anyone else for that matter) could help me out. I'm on the verge of buying my rims...BUT, i'm not sure if they'll fit.

The size of the rims are 17x7.5 +43 on 205/40/17. I'm lowered on the Tanabe NF210 springs (which isn't an aggressive drop), but the front camber is set at 0.0. I ask on this specific thread because AWDturbo is running similar size wheels but with +45 as opposed to my proposed +43. I'm thinking that an additional 2mm isn't that much, but is it?!?! haha. I'm such a noob Thanks guys!

If you run some camber up fron you should have no problems.. 1.8~2.0 and you`ll clear up front..
