So I'm reading the manual and it says that you can SEARCH the song/folder/album list. Well I'm pretty damn psyched because it takes me about 45 minutes of clicking to get to Van Halen.

THEN, I read the fine print!!! It ONLY works when using the PC card!!! Not ipods and not USB!! WTF?!

I guess this is justification enough to get an adapter and try of out. Initially, I wasn't going to because they are more $ for less capacity than USB. Has anybody gone this route? Has anybody tried a PC card hard drive?

Man, I wish you could just drag that scroll bar instead of having to click one page at a time!!!

 

You can get an adapter and just put your mp3s on an SD card. I want to say SD cards are more cost-efficient than USB sticks anyway. Plus, they are smaller if you need to store more.

My complaint is that it is much easier to change the USB connection versus pulling out the PCL card.

 

My bet is that USB flash drives will be a lot easier for you to work with in all respects...besides, aren't their more stringent limitations on capacity using SD card format in the Fit?

 

I really wish there were a scroll bar through the duration of each track (like on Winamp..) this way you could navigate one track audiobooks much easier...(easier; See: Possible).
