Tire pressure warning light already?

Hey guys I just hit about 1000 miles my 09 Fit Sport. Getting off work I get in my car and start driving home and realize the tire pressure warning light is on. I stopped and checked all 4 tires and they all looked fine. The car felt like normal even at speeds up to 80mph. Now today was the coldest day of the year so far at about 50 degrees and it was sitting outside for a couple of hours could that contribute to it or should I get my tires checked out? Thanks.

Yes, a significant drop in ambient temperature can cause tire pressure to drop enough to trigger the alert. I had the same thing happen, and all tires read 30PSI.

A quick search for "tire monitor" or "TPMS" will return several threads relating to this system.
