Ok so today i purchased a 8g scandisk thumb drive I copied my songs from my Itunes play list and pasted them over to the drive but when I installed it in the car the radio only played 21 songs and then started at the begining again so I doubled checked on the drive and all my songs are on there but why will it only reconize 21 songs.Thanks for your help my fellow Freaks.

What format are the songs? I don't think the Fit radio recognizes Apple's AAC format. I think it only recognizes MP3 and WMA formats.

 

All the songs were ACC format all purchased from Itunes so the 21 songs it does recognize is ACC format

 

From what I can gather, the fit does not like itunes songs and you have to get someone to do computer stuff to fix it. That is what I am going to have to do.

 

luckily i've never gotten into the itunes thing, and i'll be using files in WMA format.

 

I copied a mixture of ACC and mp3 songs from my iTune library without problem onto a flash drive. They all played fine in the Fit.

 

Why don't you check with your dealer on it? It may be a computer problem that they need to fix

 

after deleting and reinstalling finally got all the songs to play WTF o well alll is good
