I was looking for parts a few weeks ago and found something that I can't locate again. I think I was looking at the Japanese Honda site.

Anyway, it is a cloth that gets 'installed' in the trunk and when you load things into the trunk, you fold it out of the car over the bumper. It is in place of the rear bumper applique.

Has anyone seen, or can you find, what I am talking about?

 

sure, I have seen it on the college hills website under 08 accessories, imports. They dont have it listed for the 09s yet but it looks like a genuine Honda part so they might be locatable elsewhere. I want it too. I am just going to contact college hills (cause I like dealing with them and they give deep discounts), as they probably got a line on it even though it is not on their web site. Possible it is the same for 08 and 09.

 

Yup, collegehills, under the 07-08 imports.

And if I'm not mistaken it works for the 09's too, I believe the part is originally from a Civic...
