Antenna base replacement and headliner removal

I was backing out of the garage and didn't realize it wasn't up all the way. Long story short, I now need to replace the antenna base and it appears I'll need to drop or at least lower the headliner to do so. Has anyone done this? Right now, I'm stuck on how to remove the cover over the center seatbelt.

Thanks for any help.

I also need to replace the base of the antenna in my wife's fit. I am not sure what I need to remove (and how) to get the headliner to move so I can get to the nut. Does anyone have any photos of what I should be looking at (and how)?

IIRC if you pop the C pillars you should have enough room to reach in and swap it out.
