Dave is there anyway to get those seats?

Because if I'm going to do the right side seat back swap and eventually get the seats leather wrapped, it would be worth it to get these OEM's.

I really want those auto folding mirrors. As for the tail lights I would keep them, I like that style better than the other OEM's. I was just curious if those come in LED, but I guess one can always convert them. Regardless those were the tail lights I voted for (favorite) in this poll ---> https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/2nd-...rite-type.html

And I want that nice leather cover on the automatic transmission selector. Another thing that doesn't come to the U.S.A.

You mean this???

That should be relatively easier to get, check with Dave (JDM_DOHC_SiR) if he is taking orders. This accessory is available at Honda in Japan. ---> HONDA|HONDA Access|FIT|Interior

Interesting. I just checked the currency exchange rates, and that's about $112, plus, I imagine shipping costs. However, in the highly poetic words of that Japanese Website:

Send the stitch in this leather whose material feeling is high,
Pursuing upper material feeling and design characteristic.

I will consider ordering it. It makes my spirit swell with pride as my smile soars like an eagle above.

Although I have yet to see a parking brake cover in that color/style. I gotta ask Dave.

If you guys are wanting these I would be more than happy to send a few over, Theyre $103 dollars USD at the monent in NZ due to our low dollar, and shipping wont be much as theyre a fairly small item.

I dont think it matters, honda had already put (Tempo) stickers there and after removing them it appeared when they had preped the surface to put stickers on the had left a few scratches, so had access to more RS badges straight away so it was an easy way to cover it, besides i dont think it loks to bad IMO

interesting that you have what looks like controls for your stereo on your steering wheel for the non navi stereo. I wonder if your stereo is similar enough to the one here in U.S. so that we could somehow adapt the controls to our U.S. non navi stereos. anyone want to take a look at doing this, because I would like to do it.

yes they are audio controlls
Wow i thought that was standard on all new fits, having audio controlls on stearing wheel. do you get curise controll?

even the last release of the GD at the start of last year in NZ had them on the standard model, blinkers in mirrors as well, etc etc, what they did here in nz was release a more moded model every year as the shape stayed the same from 2002 to 2009 .
I tried to say in a previous post that honda will probably do the same in the US as they done here in NZ,which suxs, and that is re-release the 09 fit every 8-12 months with mods that most of you wish were on this model that weve already had even on the older model, in 8 months you'll probably get the leather option, the car will have rear disk, 8 months later they will add autofold side mirrors, climate controll, possibly the large sunroof, different in dash stereo etc and so on, as i can see honda will stay with this shape for at least 5 years, before another body motor face lift.

yes , we have cruise on the steering wheel. totally agree with you on the future "options/additions" for the upcoming fits. I can see variable intermittent wipers, steering wheel audio controls, maybe the civics' up/down adjustable front seats,... etc. I guess they have to add these things every so often to snag the buyers who thought "y'know, if it just had "X", I would get it.

Sounds like the Katzkin's route. Great seats and good options available from them. They range from $750 to around $2,000 depending on the options you add... --->Honda Fit / Fit Sport 5 dr Katzkin Leather Interior (2 row)

The benefit of the ones chyperX has in his car is that they are OEM Honda.

Also, most other markets outside the USDM the seats are slightly smaller gaining back the "Refresh" mode... It seems they made the US seats bigger addressing some issues/complaints. but not all Americans super size it....

I would have much rather have refresh mode, the JDM seats are big enough for me.

There's several different Jazz badges ie. GD1-4 red/blue dot, also the newer 2009+ GE8 all caps JAZZ (as pictured in this thread), probably some others as well maybe a gold trim Jazz emblem too, brushed/polished, etc.
