Lug nuts on an 2009 Sport
That's what I torqued mine to as well. I think it's in the manual somewhere. I used a normal socket. The nuts aren't seated down in the wheels very far, so I doubt you'll need a thin wall.

I've been rotating my tires for years yet because my Fit is new (only 3K miles) I haven't rotated these tires yet. I don't have a set of sockets, only the ones I needed for my other cars...and none are the right ones.

It's definitely 19mm and doesn't need to be deep or thin wall. 3/4" socket should work too in a pinch.
The torque spec. is also definitely 80 ft/lbs.
A re-torque is only needed if anything new has been added like wheels, studs, nuts etc.
