proper torque settings for lug nuts
I recently purchased a set of Yokahama AVID V4S tires. The shop I took the FIT to have the tires mounted and balanced torqued the lug nuts to 80 Ft. #.
I don't believe that they had the specifications on the '07 Fit but were making an educated guess based on the other cars that they have worked on.
Does anyone have access to what torque Honda reccommends the lug nuts be tightened?
TIA

I too would guess it's the same torque used for other Honda products (80 ft/lbs) that use the 1.5x12 pitch of threads that the lugs use. The torque value is usually based on the size of the threads more than anything else... so in this case I think what worked before must be correct. I'll check the service manual later tonight to confirm.
80 ft-lbs is the correct torque for Fit wheels.
If you have a Sport, or allow wheels of a base, check them again after about 50 miles for proper tightness.
Honda lug nuts take a 3/4" (19mm) socket.
A torque wrench is a good investment - get a clicker-type rather than a beam-type. It costs a bit more, but you can dial it in, and it will click when it gets to the proper torque. I got mine about 10 years ago from Sears for $69.95, and have used it quite regularly.
