Shift knob questions

Hey guys, I'm about to order a mugen short shifter and T1R shift boot and wanted to top it off with a nice shift knob.

I love the weight and feel of the skunk2 but the red lettering won't look right with all the blue in the car. Anyone got any recommendations that are somewhat similiar to the skunk2 but will match the GE8 interior a little better? Show me your knobs!

I have the skunk 2 and got it for 38 bucks shipped from Ebay. I have the orange revolution color and it seems to compliment everything. I just cant see paying any more than what I did for a shift knob.

Since you are in orlando you may want to visit All version motors they may have the shift knob you maybe looking for.

Well I'm not saying it has to be more expensive than 38 dollars.

Its just most of the interior and interior lights are blue. Plus the shift boot I want has blue stitching.

I've got the Spoon Duracon black shift knob....looks real good and I really enjoy the feel of it.

Thing is it's a lot smaller than something like the T1R ball knob or the skunk2 shift knob, and lighter as well, so if that's a concern to you then you'd have to look somewhere else ;p

You should go all out and get the Mugen shift knob to go with your short shifter.

I love my arc titanium, It may be 200$ but imo, countersunk is the only way to go as once you have owned it, youll never go back!

The skunk know is just TOO heavy and feels weird :S:S

Just found my old OEM AP1 knob Feels awesome, and fits great, although it has a 6 speed pattern.

Looked up the spoon duracon and lot of people said it was too light which isnt what I want, especially when I get the short shifter. Think I might get the skunk2 and fill in the red lettering with maybe black, or just pass on the T1R shift boot.

whoa, $200 for an arc titanium knob is kinda expensive no? it can be found for ~$135. for example, first result from google. ARC Titan Shift Knob - Ball Type: Evasive Motorsports - PH: 626.336.3400, M-F 9am - 5pm PST

unless you're talking about a different one?
