Hey, I want to install some soundproofing on the floors and the only item that I'n not sure about is how the dead pedal is attached? Is it just pressed on? I soundproofed my 08 and it made such a difference that I really want to do this mod.

 

Free bump. I don't have the answer for you but if you have the time please do a DIY of this. Sounds interesting.

 

I'll take a few pics as I go. I just hope all my materials come before the weekend.

I used this on my last fit and I thought it worked great.

 

All in all, I cant see it being different then any other honda dead pedal. It will be screwed into the body using a 10mm bolt im sure top and bottom, remove and your free. Was this way with my eg, my ek, and my s2k.
