Finally, check engine and VSA lights turned off, so didn't leave the car at the dealership.
Will wait until they come back on to do so...

Most important thing is I know my spark plugs are tight!

Replaced both cv axles today. The driver side cv axle snapped about a week ago, and the replacement cv axles finally arrived. CV axle snapped due to rusting of the axle from water that was accumulating in the rubber isolation bunge. Since the driver side axle rusted, I figure might as well do the passenger side. Fit has 190,000 miles on it. If you go on youtube to look for a DIY video, don't follow the guy video on removing the axle out of the hub. Remove the two strut bolts and NOT the lower ball control nut. Took about 45 minutes per axle to remove and install.

Lowered the Fit even more and got an alignment. I'm on Tein Street Basis Z Coilovers and the front is maxed out (Tein says the max is 3" on their website but another site claims 2.6", so I'm not sure. I haven't taken any measurements myself, sorry). The back was leveled to out to match the front but the shop claimed it could go lower. I have -1.75 camber in the front and natural camber in the rear. A single SPC camber bolt was used on each strut. The fenders were not rolled and I do scrap when I go over quick dips in the road at 30+ MPH. Not sure if I am scraping the plastic liner in the wheel well or if it's my front bumper. Hard to tell since the previous owner managed to scrap the bumper and side skirts on the stock rims and height... I plan to stay at this height unless something significant happens

Just some candid phone photos:

YouTube Channel

I started a YouTube Channel for documenting mods I do to the fit. First one is the Cusco front tower bar install. Check it out.

Car looks good rise. The ride height looks spot on.

Haven't been on here in *ages*. Things I haven't done lately, but I have done since the last time I posted here are my floor mats and window visors (both Weathertech), installed my progress RSB, and Momo Automatico shifter. Sometime soon I'll get my EBC rotors and pads installed, then I have a used JDP hood coming my way in the somewhat near future, as well as Connor55's swift springs. I'm just waiting for the snow to FINALLY go away to get to work.

I'll admit, might be over the top-- a little too obsessed with the vip scene

Thanks! Yea, usually run 17's but I found these Garson wheels(18's) and ended up snagging' them to somewhat complete the look I was going for.

Haven’t posted in a while. Finally go around to installing my sprintex supercharger.

Cruised around the block to ensure everything was good. Booking some dyno time soon.

Also forgot to add that installed the innovative 75a engine mounts. They are going to take some getting used to.

The Lithium battery above is a great if you don't have lots of electricity load and also great because its small and light weight.

I have different needs for my application...
about few months ago,
I was parking on the side of the road in Santa Barbara at night (cold weather), I turn on the hazard light for about 10 minutes (I use VLEDS Triton for my hazard/DRL light combo that require resistor for the hazard function to function properly, so the resistor must drain power a bit more than standard hazard bulb), and after 10 minutes, I almost cannot start the car...
I was using the standard 151r battery that I just replace a month earlier, so it is not old battery, but a brand new 151r battery.

That event made me decide to upgrade my battery to larger one...
I can't fit a larger battery (51R) or Optima at the stock location because the current stock 151r battery already hit my Mugen Airbox, and no way I am going back to stock airbox so my only choice is to relocate the battery to the rear.
Plus I plan to have a huge BRAX MX4 Pro Power amplifier in the near future,
and the Optima battery relocate to the trunk will be less than 1 feet away from where I am going to install the BRAX MX4 Pro, this way, it will be able to supply the amp demand the BRAX MX4 Pro will need.
An Optima will also have enough capacity if I need to listen to 1 or 2 songs while the engine is off, or if I need to turn on the hazard light more than 10 minutes, plus since it is a deep cycle battery, it is safe if somehow I run it until it discharge completely unlike normal battery.
Another bonus is the slightly better distribution of weight.
