I have Honda Jazz ESM saved as a RAR file do I open it and burn to a Disc? or open it directly nothing seems to happen if I click ESMstart. My file is about 3Mb.

You need to unrar/extract it,then burn the image in a DVD or use daemon tools to mount the image.

It should be an NRG/ISO file that's almost 4 Gb's. You probably need to extract it to get the NRG/ISO file and then burn or virtually mount it.
