Couple of questions:

Anybody here got an after market steering wheel on their GEs?
Will there be any problems if I disconnect the front (steering) airbag and install one?
Also, will an older honda (ie 90's civic) hub adapter fit?

no but im planning on getting one w/ quick release.

 

unless you get a resistor to fool the system, your SRS light will come on. there should be a plug-n-play kit from daikei or worksbell if you check with your contacts in japan. www.japanparts.com should be able to get one for your car if you can't find it.
