What do I need to do? (mods)

Well,

I'm a new owner of an 09 Fit LX, and I'm wondering what "must do" mods are out there.

I've done a quick peek around here and not really found much that points me in the right direction.

Thanks...oh, and I've got a fairly well tooled machine shop downstairs, so I'm not afraid to tackle "bit" tasks.

NS

my personal belief is that when it comes to modding your car, your path should be your own.

I agree, it's your personality that should be reflected...that's the great thing about Fits...welcome aboard.

lol I just sat and stared at my car as if it was a blank canvas when I first got mine. Either way I just added a few things I knew I could do for cheaper than the dealership and a intake!

you should start with a steel wing off the back that adds 40lbs of downforce, that'll get you started

T1R short shifter, lowering spring, PRM intake, HID's, wider tires, all those are will yield a noticeable difference and enhance performance / driveability

Must do mods are 205/40x17 tires on 17x7/45 wheels and then its your path: lowerring, decroration, etc are wide open.
Suspension work is next handling improvement after wheels and tires.

When it comes to first mods, the only must haves I would say are the additions that protect your purchase.... fog light film to protect the fogs, something to protect the ac condenser etc. Other mods are all personal personal preference.
