I think he got his black trim paint online and it's probably better quality. I got mine from Autozone-- 2 months since I painted them, no complaints with the quality and still looking good.

actually the jdm ge came out in '07 for 2008 model and usdm came out in the fall of '08 and its chassis is ge8. There is a ge6 as well. the gd's come in 1-5
