The best place is E-bay type in Honda Fit and you will have several stores to purchase from. The RS I would reconsider - but that is just
me. You can find just about anything you want on E-bay!

There are sooo many threads on this. Please use the search function.

On another note, go shaved. it's cheaper and looks a lot simpler/cleaner

Search on eBay. If the price is along the $90-$120 range then it's legit. Any others are fake

this has been covered many times before....

For a badge?!

So this is fake? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=180367835919

Do you just mean it's not officially done by Honda? Or is it also bad quality and won't stick on the car?

Regarding the badges, I believe red is your only choice aside from the stock badge here in he US. Personally I don't care for the red "H" emblems. They look out of place to me...and why put an "RS" badge on a Fit? Just another tid bit to gather wax IMO. Shaved is the way to go...

To the best of my knowledge only red, 'cause that's what they use for their type R/sporty versions of the cars they sell.

So as I understand it, the front badge is only held on by adhesive, while the rear one has adhesive plus pins. The seller I linked to said the ones he's selling have both adhesive and pins on each one. So will the pins fit into the holes in the grill and thus be out of the way or am I going to have to find a way to break them off?

The way most people install them is by cutting or snapping off the pins. Since the JDM type-R badges are from other Honda's neither front nor rear badges fit using the pins... So they are only held by adhesive.

Since I've seen a few NYC boardies have their badges ripped off, when I get mine I will try to measure, and drill the proper holes for the pin placements... The rear pins are wider apart than our stock ones, and the pin hole needed is 3mm... The pins are then held on with the grommets, as well as the adhesive. I think it will be much more secure, it will just take some time to carefully measure out the distances to drill...

Has anyone attempted to drill the holes for the pins?

I actually took off both of the "H" emblems off my Fit, and both the front and back emblems are held by pins and no adhesive.

And from my understanding from other threads, the pins off the JDM "H" emblems will not fit in the holes in the grill. You'll have to find a way to break them off and just use the adhesive.
