Someone Using my Photos on eBay

07-08 Honda Fit LED Brake JDM Style Red & Smoke Tail Light | eBay

Does anyone know how to get that stuff blocked. I just was cruising ebay for random stuff and my buddy wanted the similar LED style lights I was gonna link him and my car is in a listing... Anyone know? I tried to report it but the time you look for it theres like 98 links and none goes to report photos.

The best part, he watermarked my photo like it was his.

You have an ebay account? You can report it to ebay. I know because I sold something once and used what I thought was a stock photo, and the listing was removed and my account received a warning. Do a google search, you can probably find it pretty easily.

Look for DMCA Takedown Notice; if you own the photos they're violating a copyright (you don't need a copyright symbol for things to be copyrighted).

You also might want to start with asking the seller to take down the photos as he might not know he's violating the law. A lot of people seem to think (wrongly) that stuff is public domain just because it's on the web.

Better for both of you is to contact the seller and ask for some money for the use of the photos... before the whole thing goes out of hand. He doesn't want any flack from ebay, either. I'm sure you'd be willing to get a few dollars if they use your photo.

I first messaged the guy saying if he wants to pay for use of my photo or supply me with parts, just ask permission before using my pictures. Then no response, then reported it, then they took it down. Now it is re-listed again. ridiculous. I have way better pics that would sell way more taillights

Complain to ebay, again. He'll have to get annoyed after a while.
