New to Fit!

I've been creepin' around this site.
I don't have a fit yet.

I came back to live with the folks for the summer (college) and my dad got too carried away with his drinks and effed' up my EM2 civic.

I work at a Honda dealership and they're in the process of hookin' me up with a Crystal Black Pearl M/T GE!

Also Gettin' ready to buy some EP3 Type R Badges, buy some paint so I can color up the stock wheels and seriously, seriously, seriously considering buying some lowering springs so I can ride lower the first week I have it.

How are the Tanabe DF springs? I looooove sittin' fairly low (dropped my EM2 2inches) and I want something fairly low (keeping factory wheel settings or something very close to OEM specs)

Tryin' to maintain a fairly clean JDM style
I'll deff post pics once the Fit comes in and take some detailed photos of before and afters of the drop when I can find the right springs to use

God I'm so stoked!
Sorry.
The GE is coming in about 2 days.

Just ordered some DF210's, Type R badges, and a i-VTEC SOHC decal. ('cause them shits make you go faster pfffft)

Really want to order the JDM Hazard switch but shipping from Canada to the states is killer.
A&J Racing*::*Interior*::*JDM Parts*::*JDM Honda Hazard Switch - Honda Fit 09+ (GE8)

Has anyone painted their stock wheels like a dark bronze color?
I really want to paint my stock wheels

welcome!

a&j racing is very reputable, but shipping is a bitch, check out ebay, there are some reputable online stores, someone else should be able to suggest a few.

I have seen a lighter bronze/goldish oems, but many here are concerned about touch ups when tires are rotated ect.

I guess this'll turn into my build thread?

My buddy works at this sign shop and his boss gave him the keys to the place.
He's allowed to go in after hours and make whatever he wants, given that it's with the scrap material that's about to be thrown out.

So we made this

And then my new decals came in!

Putting the i-VTEC stickers on later tonight!!!!!!

Oh my.... don't do it. Type R Fit do not exists. That's why some people are calling Honda Owners "Rice boys" or "Ricers" because of stuff like these.

yes, I do know there is no Type R Fit.
But they are Type R badges.
Type R EP3 rear badge... can't recall right now which the fronts are.

Ordered them through the Honda dealership that I work at so they're authentic.

Sorry if my ride is rice. Buuuuut rice or not, to each their own.

At least I'm not slapping a loud fart can (no offense to anyone)
Though I have been a fan of the Tanabe Medallions

True dude. To each his own and it is your car and you and your money

But imagine a guy slapping a V6/V8 badge into a 4 cylinder car, they are the same concept and people that are car enthusiasts knows that you're a poser and will make fun of you and your fit. Just some insight Peace!
