I think its 4.1. Just off the top of my head. I always put in 4.

My manual says 3.8 qts. I would just go 4 and be done with it. Overfilling that little isn't going to hurt.

Now, to clarify, it's 3.8 with a filter. 3.6 without. So if you were to leave the filter on, 3.6. Crud. Didn't think about that when I did the OC in the Odyssey.

Believe what you want, but overfilling by .2 quarts is inviting seal damage and oil pressure failures. I've heard it said on this forum and elsewhere it won't hurt anything and it's bad information, period.

I don't have to believe anything. I've overfilled cars by .5 qts or less for years. It's never damaged a seal, foamed the oil, or anything. .2 qts is a minimal amount of oil.
