Has Anyone used Lucas Products on your FIT???

I have put around 13 k miles on my Fit and was thinking about using the Lucas Oil gas treatment to clean out any gunk and possibly the oil treatment too.... I believe it claims to help with MPG.... Just wondering if anyone has had problems with these products or praises. Thanks

i've used them on my gd3. maybe a bottle every 4-6 months. but i usually only fill up at quality gas stations, so i dunno how effective it is. have not seen a jump in mpg, but def no decrease because of it.
i had a friend of mine who in college tested this along some other fuel tank cleaners and out of about 5 top name brand ones, the lucas did the best job, and did it the most quickly

Out of curiousity, what was the "testing"? Laboratory, and if so, what tests, or just seat of the pants? In general, I'm skeptical about all such products; they generally do no harm, except to your wallet. An exception is an old carbureted car or motorcycle that has been sitting for months, if not years, in which case, an additive such as Sea Foam can help dissolve some of the varnish in the carbs.

I just fill up with Shell V-power 1 to 2 times a month. 40,000 miles and the GD3 still runs like the day I got it, avg mpg=40 (this month 43, 41, 39, 40).
